Service - What's included?
Refurbishing the unit and upgrading firmware if required. Preventative maintenance and minor repairs. Health check on the rechargeable battery and, if required, a new one fitted free of charge if an active warranty is in place (Click here to see our T&C’s for details).
Calibration - What's included?
Calibration traceable back to National Standards - this is a detailed check that the tester is measuring correctly. Issuing a calibration certificate free of charge (some companies charge extra for this).
Turnaround - 5 working days from receipt of tester. 3 options for delivery & collection. Delivery only - You send the tester to us, and we will return it by courier (£12).
Drop Off and Delivery (AVAILABLE IN UK MAINLAND ONLY)
- We email you a label, and you drop off at a DPD collection point, and we return it by courier (£19.95).
Collection and Delivery
- You tell us where to collect it from and when, and we arrange everything else (£26.95).
Please ensure you return the Earth Test Lead with your PAT tester. We must have this lead for the engineer to be able to recalibrate your tester.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PARCEL FOR COLLECTION BY OUR COURIERS
Please ensure that your parcel containing the PAT testing machine(s) is securely packaged in a standard cardboard box. Please do not return any other items with the PAT tester, as these will not be insured.
