The IT50 (Insta Test 50) is the newest portable handheld PAT testing unit designed by First Stop Safety. It has been designed to carry out electrical safety tests on an array of electrical appliances to confirm whether specific appliances are safe to be used. The IT100 can perform 3 main test functions, including:
Class I - Appliances with an Earth connection
Class II - Appliances that are double insulated (no earth connection)
Power Cord - Testing for IEC cables, extension leads, and multiway adaptors
The IT50 is ideal for those wanting to carry out in-house PAT testing of electrical appliances in offices, hotels, schools, nursing homes, factories and construction sites.
Calibration
We recommend that the IT50 be calibrated each year to ensure that everything in the PAT testing unit is working and the results are accurate during tests. If you need your IT50 to be calibrated, please use the QR code shown on the device's screen to book in with us. Alternatively, you can also book via our website.
