First Stop Safety has announced the launch of its new handheld PAT tester, engineered to support organisations or individuals carrying out regular PAT testing.

The InstaTest offers a portable, handheld device for testers who are required to perform tests frequently. It features an LED display showing individual results for each component of the tests, including earth continuity, insulation resistance, sub leakage and cable polarity. There are clear indications to show pass and fail results for the individual tests, allowing you to pinpoint potential faults with your device.

Engineered to deliver precise, reliable readings, the InstaTest100 can perform more than 1,400 tests on a single charge of its internal, rechargeable battery.

With Class I, II, and IEC test functionality, you’re covered for all appliances in your work environment.

When you choose the InstaTest100, you have the added benefit of its long lead testing capability, allowing you to accurately test appliances with a cable length of up to 45m.

First Stop Safety is known for its dedicated customer service team and unrivalled support, and the support for the InstaTest will be no different.

The InstaTest comes with First Stop Safety’s lifetime warranty, giving you lasting peace of mind when you buy your PAT tester from us. If you keep your device calibrated with us, any future repairs required will be carried out free of charge.

Further purchase options include the InstaTest100 and FirstPrint Bluetooth printer package, which enables PAT testers to work even more efficiently by directly printing PAT labels through a phone app.

First Stop Safety CEO David Yodaiken shared that he was excited to see the start of a new chapter for the company. “As a British manufacturer, we’re proud to support professionals across the UK who perform PAT testing. This will be the first in our new range of products and services, designed to make test equipment better, more reliable and cost effective.”
